PawTime

Pet Med Reminder

Questions, problems, or feedback about PawTime? Email gzy1202o@outlook.com and you will normally get a reply within two business days.

When you write in, it helps to include your iOS version, your PawTime version (Settings, at the bottom), and what you expected to happen. If a reminder did not arrive, the pet's name and the time it was due is usually enough to find it.

Common questions

A reminder did not arrive

Three things switch reminders off, and any one of them is enough:

Reminders are scheduled by your iPhone, so they still arrive with no signal. They do not need an account or a network connection.

I have more than one pet

Tap the pet name at the top of the home screen to switch pets, or choose All Pets to see every animal's schedule together. Add a pet from Settings, My Pets, New pet.

Free trial and subscription

PawTime Pro starts with one week free. You can cancel any time before the week ends from the App Store and you will not be charged. To cancel or change a plan, open the paywall in the app and tap Manage Subscription, or go to iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

I paid but the app still looks locked

Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not unlock, email the address above with the Apple ID email used for the purchase and the approximate date.

Where is my data, and can I delete it?

Everything you enter lives on your device. If you turn on iCloud Sync in Settings, it is also stored in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot read. Deleting the app removes the local copy. To remove the iCloud copy as well, turn off iCloud Sync before deleting, or delete PawTime's data from iOS Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage.

See the privacy policy for the full detail.

Does PawTime give medical advice?

No. PawTime reminds you of what you have scheduled and keeps a record of what was given. It does not recommend medication, dosage, or treatment. Ask your veterinarian for anything clinical.
