FlowIt Privacy Policy

FlowIt is a local-first notes app. Notes, checklists, events, tags, reminders, attachments, and imported files are stored on your device by default. FlowIt does not sell personal information and does not track users across apps or websites.

Information FlowIt Uses

• Sign in with Apple provides the minimum account identifier needed to recognize your sign-in state. FlowIt never receives your Apple account password.
• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple StoreKit. FlowIt reads App Store transaction status only to unlock membership features.
• If you enable iCloud sync, your note data may sync through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services under your Apple ID.
• System permissions such as notifications, files, photos, or microphone are requested only when you use related features.

Retention and Control

Your local notes stay on your device unless you delete them, export them, or enable an Apple sync feature. You can delete the local account profile from FlowIt settings. App Store subscriptions remain managed by Apple and can be canceled in App Store account settings.
